The 5% Referral Ladder

For every new attendee you refer who signs up, attends a workshop, and shares their experience online or leaves a review, you'll earn a 5% discount on your account — stacking up to 50% off at 10 referrals. Your referral code is automatically assigned the first time you attend a class, and it's included in the thank-you email you get afterward.

The Quarterly BINGO Challenge

Sign up for a free BINGO card each calendar quarter. Your card is dealt the moment you sign up, with squares for plant-care basics, the season, doing it together, goals, and coming back for more. Here's exactly how it works:

What you can win

Get a BINGO — five completed squares in a row: across, down, or diagonal (the Free Space counts) — and choose one of these prizes:

A free workshop for you plus two guests
A private plant-care service valued up to $150 (within 120 miles of Shawnee, KS)
A $100 Sopholiage gift card

One reward per card. You have until the end of the next quarter to redeem your prize. For example, a prize won on a Q4 card (October–December) can be redeemed until March 31.

How we verify your squares

Classes and workshops (squares marked ™, plus events): you’re marked present when you attend.
Shop orders and kits: we cross-check the orders under the email you signed up with. If you ordered under a different email, please provide your order numbers.
Referrals: we look up the referrals in our system.
Everything else (plant care at home, reviews, social posts): email us a photo, screenshot, or link (see below).

We encourage you to attach/send all proofs of your shop orders, class attendances, and referrals to expedite your BINGO verification, but not doing so will not disqualify you.

How to send photos and proof

Keep everything in one email thread, so nothing gets lost:

Email sopholiage@gmail.com with BINGO [your card reference code] as the subject.
Forward your BINGO sign-up email to sopholiage@gmail.com to create a chain of your photos/proof. You can send everything at once, or as you make progress. Not doing so will not count against you but will keep things more organized. You can also email sopholiage@gmail.com at any time with your proofs, but please maintain a subject line of BINGO [your card reference code].
Confirm which square each photo is for. For a review or post, include the link or a screenshot.
We won’t reply to each photo as it comes in. Once you have a BINGO and have sent proof for every square you accomplished, we’ll confirm your BINGO and prize by email.

Claiming your BINGO

When you have a completed row, column, or diagonal, open your card and press Claim on that line*.
Squares only count if you completed them during your card’s quarter.
Claims must be in by 11:59 pm on the last day of the quarter (the date on your card). Unfinished squares don’t carry over to the next card or quarter.
We check every claim individually. If something can’t be verified, we’ll tell you what’s missing and you can redirect us to your proof.

*Tapping squares on your card page to mark them off is what lets you claim a completed line right from your card.

What you’re agreeing to

We use your name, email, class attendance, and orders with us only to check your squares and send your prize.
Photos you send are only used to check your card. We won’t post or share them without asking you first.
Your card’s squares are dealt at random when you sign up and can’t be swapped.
Prizes have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money.

Your card is your own responsibility to track — we don't monitor your progress internally, so keep it somewhere safe. Each card has a unique reference number and can't be duplicated or transferred.
